Shine Time Window Cleaning offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Shyno subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for Shyno. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
- Or contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we will assist you.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, or through your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; refund eligibility for the current period is handled under this policy.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
