These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shyno (the "Service"), provided by Shine Time Window Cleaning ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Shyno is a door-to-door sales management platform for window cleaning teams. It provides mapping, lead tracking, leaderboards, territory management, and reporting features.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be of legal age to contract, and if signing up on behalf of a business you represent that you have authority to bind that business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

• Unlawful use or use that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Fraud, spam, or misrepresentation
• Infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service

4. Intellectual Property

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your subscribed plan. You retain ownership of the data you input; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Service Level

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security incidents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shine Time Window Cleaning is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
